The Roseline building in Sunderland was the conversion of an 18th century warehouse building to provide office accommodation and a restaurant. A new timber post and beam internal structure was required as well as the use of galletted lime mortar repairs to protect and enliven the severely eroded elevations. The works were completed in 1996.
