A new build office block was designed to complement the Roseline Warehouse restoration. This high quality office accommodation acted as a component of the regeneration of the Sunderland riverside and the former commercial heart of the city. The building envelope is designed to maximise the opportunity for river views whilst minimising the impact of solar gain.
