Humbledon Hill
This scheme entailed the refurbishment of a redundant grade II * listed reservoir and associated buildings dating from 1851. The existing gardener’s cottage was refurbished and the boiler house converted into five flats with the engine room becoming a single dwelling.
In addition, nine modern detached houses were designed to sit on the adjacent site, formerly the reservoir. The houses were built for the executive market and are detailed to an extremely high standard with bespoke bay windows, large landscaped gardens and stunning interiors.
The scheme was completed in 1999.
