Adjacent to the Grade II listed Highford Bridge and flanked by Scotch Gill Wood Nature Reserve, the South facing development sits within a bend of the River Wansbeck overlooking Borough Wood. Our design is for an informal grouping of eight detached, two storey stone-built homes with generous gardens screened by the existing mature trees. Plot sizes vary from 0.25 to 1.4 acres, the largest two plots enjoying woodland river frontage and fishing rights.

An outline planning approval was followed by full approval in 2017. Works completed on site in 2024.
