JDDK were commissioned by Northern Rock Foundation, the charitable trust, to convert this 1882 Methodist chapel into their new administrative base.

A series of curved, red painted mezzanines were inserted into the structure to allow the drama of the existing full height space to be retained while increasing the amount of available office space.  Careful detailing, including artists crafted glasswork inserts, made best use of the space available whilst creating a vibrant contemporary interior.
